Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko

Thank you Rene and Sara ! From the moment we stepped into Kempinski Bansko,we were greeted with genuine smiles and glass of champagne to start our special wedding celebration. Check-in was seamless, and the reception manager - Sara went out of her way to offer great service and hospitality to us and our families, which was much needed due to the stress around the wedding organising. Our room was spotless, airy, and thoughtfully arranged, with a balcony that opened to panoramic views of Pirin mountains. The little touches — of welcome complimentary chocolates, and a handwritten welcome card by Rene- made it feel personal and special. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh pastries still warm from the oven, perfectly brewed coffee, and an omelette station where the chef happily remembered our preferences each morning. The staff’s warmth never felt forced; it felt like they were genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool overlooking the mountains, the DJ on the terrace on Saturday afternoon and the saxophone on Friday evening were exactly what we needed. The location made exploring the area and nearby shops effortless, yet it still felt tucked away enough for peaceful relaxation. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing service, comfort, and charm are in perfect harmony. We left with full hearts — and are already planning our next visit during the winter when we can ski. We had the most amazing wedding and this was possible thankfully to Rene and Sara, without their help our special day wound have never been as perfect as it was.

Breakfast was good, a wide choice and well prepared. The restaurant was busy but staff were helpful. Comfortable hotel in a great location for the lift, with a really nice spa facility. There is a great ski in/out ski storage facility where the staff store your skis for you and store your boots on boot warm/drying machines. Lift passes in the hotel are more expensive but they offer fast track to skip the lift queue. Reception staff were very helpful. There is a great Italian restaurant right across the road with a wide selection of excellent quality dishes and freindly service (book beforehand, it gets full)

The Kempinski-Bansko hotel is very comfortable with excellent spa-facilities. The breakfast offers a great variety of high quality products. The staff at the hotel and the restaurants is very international which is a real plus, all are very polite, helpful and well-trained. Specific commendation for Ivo - the Head of Food and Catering at Kempinski. He is experienced, dynamic and very efficient. Thanks to all for a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, beautiful views,friendly and professional staff.Bery clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Bfast menu was vast and everything was fresh and delicious.Best hotel we ever stayed.Hope we go back soon.Very relaxing atmosphere in every place of d hotel. A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.
